The Integritee network is a second-layer solution built on a Polkadot parachain. It aims to solve the three main challenges facing most blockchain solutions to date: scalability, interoperability, and confidentiality.Integritee uses Polkadot's and Kusama’s Relay Chain as a security layer. Integritee itself is the trust anchor of public auditability, while leveraging hardware-based Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) enable the confidential processing of sensitive data one layer below. The aforementioned concept allows TEE-validated sidechains to be deployed on Integritee to achieve an expected throughput of up to 1,000,000 transactions per second.
